HydraSpecma provides thermal deburring and ultrasonic cleaning of metal components with a strong focus on process control, quality assurance and repeatability.
Using proven methods and modern equipment, we ensure consistent results across both small and large series. All processing is carried out using environmentally responsible solutions and aligned with HydraSpecma's quality and sustainability standards.
The result is metal components that are fully deburred and clean – without sharp edges or hidden burrs – ready for assembly or further processing.
WHAT ARE BURRS? |
Burrs are sharp edges and irregularities that occur naturally during machining of metal components. |
|
If not removed, burrs may affect functionality, reduce service life and cause damage to the mechanical systems in which the component is used. Effective deburring is therefore an essential step in many industrial applications. |
Thermal deburring is a highly effective solution for removing internal and hard-to-reach burrs.
The process takes place in a sealed chamber, where a controlled combustion removes all burrs and micro-burrs – quickly, uniformly and without damaging the component.
The result is metal components with no sharp edges, high quality and a consistent finish.
After thermal deburring, components are post-treated in our fully automated ultrasonic cleaning system.
Here, residues are removed effectively, components are passivated against corrosion, and vacuum-dried to achieve the required level of cleanliness.
We also offer ultrasonic cleaning of heavily soiled components, for example after fire damage – often a more cost-effective alternative than producing new parts.
ONE IN-HOUSE PROCESS – FROM DEBURRING TO CLEAN COMPONENTSAt HydraSpecma, we manage the entire process in-house – from thermal deburring to ultrasonic cleaning. Both small and large series are handled within the same facilities, ensuring full process control, traceability and consistent quality. You may choose ultrasonic cleaning only, or a complete solution combining thermal deburring and ultrasonic cleaning. We can return the components directly to you or manage further logistics as required. |
Our iTEM 400/600 system enables processing of metal components up to 395 mm in diameter and 580 mm in height.
This positions HydraSpecma among the leading specialists in TEM thermal deburring of large hydraulic manifolds and complex blocks.
