Reduction - 3/4"BSP x 1/4"BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two BSPP (Whitworth parallel) thread sizes in hydraulic and fluid power pipework. The fitting provides a G 3/4 male thread on one side and a G 1/4 female thread on the other side, allowing connection of components with different port sizes.

Sealing is made with a WD profile sealing ring in NBR, supporting a reliable seal at the threaded interface. The steel body is zinc-nickel plated, and the compact external hexagon makes it suitable for assembly where access is limited.

Typical Applications
  • Reducing a BSPP port from G 3/4 to G 1/4 in hydraulic manifolds, valves, cylinders, and pipework assemblies
  • Service and retrofit work where existing BSPP ports must be adapted to a different connection size
