Insert 5/8" - M22x1.5 nut 15L
Hose insert for building a hydraulic hose end fitting with a separate ferrule. The insert is designed for 1–2 layer hoses with 5/8" hose size and provides a metric female connection with a nut.
The hydraulic connection interface is an M22x1,5 female thread with a 24° male cone seat and O-ring sealing in NBR. Key dimensions for fit and assembly include key size 27 mm, cut-off dimension C 31 mm and dimension E 27 mm. Surface treatment is electro-galvanized with white chromatized finish, and the specified corrosion resistance is 720 hours salt spray to DIN EN ISO 9227.
