Reduction - 1/2" BSP x 1/4" BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two Whitworth parallel pipe threads (BSPP). The fitting provides a G 1/2 external thread on one side and a G 1/4 internal thread on the other, allowing connection of components with different BSPP port sizes.

Sealing is via a WD profile sealing ring in NBR, creating a sealed transition at the interface. The steel body with zinc-nickel plating is specified for corrosion resistance of 1200 hours salt spray per DIN EN ISO 9227. Rated pressure is up to 630 bar, with an operating temperature range of -35 °C to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Hydraulic lines and assemblies requiring a reduction from G 1/2 to G 1/4 BSPP
  • Adapting BSPP ports on valves, blocks, and other hydraulic components
