E-BM-AC control board provides the correct current signal for magnetic coils type ZO (R) -A for equipping sliders in relation to the reference signal. They can be used in open or closed circuits and are used for Atos proportional valves without integrated transducer. The control board regulates valves in proportion to the input reference signal (voltage) and converts this into a variable current to the solenoid. Scale and Bias adjustment can be done via the front panel. The control boardUsually used with a reference signal from an external potentiometer or a PLC control unit and a symmetrical ascending and descending ramp generator.
The control cards are supplied: - with electronic filters on input and output terminals, - CE marked for compliance with the EMC directive (Electromagnetic compliance).
Option / RR = comes with independently adjustable rise and fall ramps.
EBMAC01 *: for valve with one solenoid.
EBMAC05 *: for valve with two solenoid coils.
Supply voltage: 12 or 24 Vdc
Max. power consumption: 50 watts.
Current to magnetic coils: Imax = 3.3A type pmw square signal; (for ex-proof valves Imax = 2.5A).
Nominal reference signal:
EBMAC01F = 0 to + 5V on pin 3 (ground on pin 2).
EBMAC05F = +/- 5V on pin 3 (ground on pin 2).
Reference signal variation: Max. +/- 10V; mine. +/- 2.5V.
Potentiometer supply: + 5V / 10mA on pin 6 (-5V / 10mA on pin 7 - only for version EBMAC05F).
Max. ramp time: 10 sec. (0 - 100% in relation to the reference signal).
Working temperature: 0 - 60 ° C.
