COOLING SOLUTIONS
LUBRICATION SYSTEMS
The lubrication system is very important to keep your wind turbine gearbox operating well.
As a complete system supplier, HydraSpecma designs, develops, manufactures and delivers complete cooling, filtering and lubrication systems for gearboxes in wind turbines.
The harsh weather conditions that a wind turbine typically meets can be extremely rough on the turbine and the components, including the gearbox. The factors that can affect the main gearbox are variations in wind speed and direction, temperature, vibration and ingress of moisture.
To reduce the risk of damage and operating losses, the condition of gearbox oil is a critical factor. The gearbox oil helps to reduce friction, remove heat and keep the gearbox clean as well as protecting the metal surfaces from corrosion.
We engineer each lubrication system to meet the demanding requirements of wind turbine gearboxes and validate critical performance parameters through rigorous testing, ensuring reliable operation, optimal component protection, and long-term performance.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
HydraSpecma designs and delivers hydraulic systems to both onshore and offshore wind turbines.

In combination with our own manufacturing facilities, dedicated partners and suppliers, HydraSpecma offers one of the widest ranges of hoses, fittings and pipes for the wind industry.
We can supply a complete range which consists of hydraulic and industrial hoses, fittings according to all common standards, hydraulic pipes, water cooling pipes and corrugated hoses.
Hoses and pipes are cleaned with our in-house flushing process, which enables HydraSpecma to classify the internal cleanliness to international standards such as ISO 4406 or SAE 4059.
All equipment is suitable for eventual kitting and delivery in sets, to customer needs and requirements.
