Banjo - ø20S x 3/4" BSP

90° banjo elbow for connecting a 20 mm tube in S series to a BSPP threaded port. The banjo design provides an angled tube outlet and a compact connection point at the port, using an external metallic sealing ring interface.

The port connection uses Whitworth parallel pipe thread G 3/4 in accordance with DIN 3852-2 Form X / ISO 1179-1. Zinc-nickel plated surface treatment and corrosion resistance of 1200 hours salt spray (DIN EN ISO 9227) are specified for use in demanding environments. Rated for up to 160 bar with a safety factor of 2.5 and a temperature range of -35 to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Angled tube connections to BSPP ports in hydraulic components where a banjo-style connection is required
  • Hydraulic lines where space around the port makes a 90° outlet preferable
