Insert 5/8" - M30x2 nut 22L
Hose insert for hydraulic hose assembly with a metric female 24° cone seat connection in light series. The integrated nut with M30x2 inner thread is used to connect the hose end to a matching male 24° seat port/fitting, providing the sealing function at the 24° seat with an NBR seal.
Selection is based on the hose size 5/8" and the light-series connection size 22L. For layout and assembly planning, the fitting dimensions are E 36 mm, C 29 mm, and key size 36 mm. Surface treatment is electro-galvanized / white chromatized, with corrosion resistance specified as 720 hours salt spray according to DIN EN ISO 9227. Rated for up to 215 bar and a temperature range of -30 to +100.
