Elaflex Blauring solvent hose,type LMD
Areas of use: Alcohols, aldehydes, esters, ketones, mineral oil products, many paints, water.
Characteristics: Well-suited for frequent occurring paints and solvents as alcohols, esters and ketones and most mineral oil-types. For short-time use with complete emptying (like on delivery from tank-truck) also for Benzol, Methylene Chloride, Perchloroethylene. Contact HydraSpecma for exact area of use. Sterilization with steam (+130°C) for up to 30 minutes.
Construction: Mandrel-built wear-resistant hose. Smooth inside and outside. For suction-and pressure purposes (type LMS) or only pressure purposes (type LMD). Braided reinforcements of synthetic yarns with tin-plated copperwires woven-in and steel-spiral between the layers (type LMS). Electrical discharge through outer rubber, copperwires and steel-spiral (type LMS). Electrical resistance less than or equal to 10 Mohm, given the soupling are correct connected to the hose. We recommend the use of Elaflex couplings with Spannfix or Spannloc ferrules. See section 0206. Marked with blue ringss and continously stamped with hose type, dimension, pressure and production date.
Materials: Inside: Blue synthetic antistatic solvent-resistant special rubber. Outside: Black synthetic, conductive Nitrile rubber (NBR/PVC mixture). Oil- and weather-resistant. Meets EN 12115 and the German safety regulation TRbF 131/2.
