FLUSH & JETCLEAN
CLEANING OF HYDRAULIC HOSES AND PIPES
Anyone working in the hydraulic industry knows the importance of a clean hydraulic system.
Particles, dirt and water in a hydraulic system can easily cause major problems causing system failure and,
at the worst, damaging individual components or the machine. Therefore, maintaining a clean
hydraulic system is essential.
To ensure that the hydraulic oil remains clean, it is important to clean all new hoses before installation.
If impurities are left in the hose after it has been cut off and assembled, the particles will flow
throughout the system during operation.
JETCLEAN
The JETCLEAN system is based on the simple principle that a dry projectile is compressed
with approx. 8 bar air pressure through a hydraulic pipe or hydraulic hose and takes the dirt with it. Depending on the air capacity, lengths of up to 100 meters hoses or pipes can be cleaned.
The use of the system is both simple and effective, and the method provides a proven effective cleaning according to ISO 4406 and ISO 4407 purity standards.
