HydraSpecma Accelerates Growth and Raises Outlook Following Strong First Half of 2026

PRESS RELEASE

HydraSpecma delivered a strong second quarter and first half of 2026, driven by increasing demand across key strategic markets including Defence, Marine, Renewables and Global OEM industries.

In connection with the publication of Schouw & Co.'s Q2 2026 Interim Report, HydraSpecma reports revenue growth of 12% in the second quarter, reaching DKK 925 million, while EBITDA increased by 30% to DKK 125 million. Based on strong order intake and continued positive market developments, HydraSpecma has raised its full-year expectations for both revenue and earnings.

"We are seeing the benefits of our focused strategy, strong customer partnerships and continuous investments in our operational platform," says Morten Kjær, Group CEO of HydraSpecma. "Particularly within Defence, Marine, Renewables and Global OEM, we are experiencing strong activity levels that underline the relevance of HydraSpecma's technologies and solutions in markets that are undergoing significant transformation and investment."

HydraSpecma's growth is supported by increasing market share within Renewables, continued expansion within Global OEM, and strong demand from the marine, defence and construction equipment sectors. During the quarter, the company further strengthened its global manufacturing footprint through a new production facility in Tianjin, China, while completing the relocation of selected production activities to Stargard, Poland.

In April 2026, HydraSpecma also completed the acquisition of Hyco in Norway, strengthening the Group's technical capabilities and market position within the Norwegian industrial and aftermarket segments. Which further add to HydraSpecma’s strong Nordic presence in their home markets: Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.

The positive development reflects a broader trend across several of HydraSpecma's key markets, where investments in energy infrastructure, defence capabilities, commercial vehicles and industrial automation continue to create demand for advanced hydraulic, fluid conveyance and engineered system solutions.

"Despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, customer activity and order intake remain strong. We continue to invest in capabilities, capacity and innovation to support customers operating in some of the world's most critical industries," adds Morten Kjær.
