Lubrication pumps - EP1 EPTronic

EP1 Serie 2157 from Groeneveld-Beka is a robust pump for central lubrication. Desmodromic Drive makes it possible to handle tough climate and applications. Used for lubrication on e.g machinery, industry and construction equipment.

EP1 runs with 12 or 24V. The pump elements deliver 60, 120 or 170mm³ lubricant per stroke. Standard configuration is 15 RPM. The pump can be equipped with a maximum of 3 pump elements. As standard the pump is fitted with 1pcs PE120 with pressure relief vale at position 3.

Time Controller EP-tronic: Pump serie 2157 with timer EP-tronic is our most intelligent and versatile lubrication pump. The controller regulates the pumps active and waiting cycles by counting minutes or revolutions on the pump, or pulses from a proximity switch on the progressive divider block.
Through this controller we can also send alarm signals; too high system pressure, low level and insufficient amount of grease from the pump. The controller can also regulate the amount of lubricant ± 25% through the push of a button in the cabin.
