OWN PART NUMBERS

HOW TO ADD YOUR OWN PART NUMBERS

1. When you are logged in, you will find MY ACCOUNT at the top.
   In the menu on the left side, expand My items and click Own part numbers.

2. Here you can see an overview of the matched part numbers created on your account. This is also where you manage your own part numbers.

3. To get started matching your next item, click ADD OWN PART NUMBERS

4. Type the item number into the FIND HYDRASPECMA PRODUCT search field and click the result to select it.

Note! To find a product, you must manually type the item number — pasting is not supported in this search field.

5. Then enter your corresponding part number in the field INSERT OWN PART NUMBER.

6. Click MATCH.

7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the new match added to the result list

8. Click SUBMIT to save changes

The new match of part numbers is synchronised to your customer card in HydraSpecma's main system and will appear in the webshop when you log in with your user account. This synchronisation may take 1-2 days.

Note! Only admins can add own part numbers!

HOW TO UPLOAD A CSV FILE

If you have multiple part numbers that you want to match with HydraSpecma part numbers, you can upload a CSV file in the same section — just below where you add your own article numbers.

The file should contain both HydraSpecma’s part number and your own.

Each row must be formatted as follows:
The first value is HydraSpecma’s part number, followed by your own part number as the second value. The values should be separated by commas, semicolons, or placed in separate columns.

1. Select your file and choose the same separator used in the file.

2. Click UPLOAD.

3. Review the results carefully, then click SUBMIT.

The new match of part numbers is synchronised to your customer card in HydraSpecma's main system and will appear in the webshop when you log in with your user account. This synchronisation may take 1-2 days.
