REPAIRS

HydraSpecma Denmark can – by prior agreement – offer repairs or troubleshooting of your product, carried out either by our skilled in-house technicians or by our suppliers.

Repairs and troubleshooting include:

  • Repair of products (outside the warranty period)

  • Modification/refurbishment of products

  • Identification of the cause and source of faults

The above services are primarily offered for products purchased from HydraSpecma Denmark. We do not repair complete machines or replace pipes and hoses on such equipment.

For repairs of products not purchased from HydraSpecma Denmark, please contact us by email: customerservice.hsdk@hydraspecma.com

For claims (products within the warranty period), please refer to our Claims page.


How to proceed

Please fill out a repair report [the report can only be completed when logged into the webshop].

Once we have received and reviewed your request and it meets our return policy, you will receive a return document, which must be enclosed with the item.


Return address

Please send your item(s) to the dispatch address stated on the invoice (see the "delivered from" field) – either Skjern or Ishøj.

The package must be marked with “Repair” and the RMA number.
