The choice of material and surface treatment depends on both the application's use and service life, and the environment in which it operates.
Our Technical Department has extensive experience in advising on all these decisions.
NEW APPLICATION
When we deliver pipes to a new application, we look at the design to see if we can help improve it.
We do not design the machine, but we share our comprehensive knowledge about pipe bending. This way our customers get the best pipes to their needs.
CUSTOM-BENT AND WELDED PIPE SOLUTIONS
At HydraSpecma Wiro in Motala, Sweden, we are specialised in tailor-made pipe assemblies designed and manufactured to meet your exact specifications.
Our expertise includes bending, welding and assembling steel and stainless-steel pipes as complete units – typically used in cooling and lubrication systems.
Pipes can be supplied with welded fittings or additional pipe sections and prepared using T-drilling for strong, reliable butt welds.
All welded assemblies are thoroughly inspected by our certified “Level 2 NDT” and visual welding inspectors to ensure the highest quality. We handle pipe diameters of up to 3”.
