Reduction - 1/2" BSP x 1 BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two different BSPP thread sizes in hydraulic and fluid power systems. The connection has a G 1/2 male thread on one side and a G 1 female thread on the other, allowing a larger female port to be connected to a smaller male thread size.

Sealing is via a WD profile sealing ring in NBR, supporting a defined seal at the threaded interface. The steel body is zinc-nickel plated and rated for pressures up to 400 bar, with an operating temperature range from -35 °C to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Reducing BSPP port size when connecting hydraulic components with different thread sizes
  • Adapting lines and ports in hydraulic and fluid transfer assemblies where a WD sealing interface is required
