Reduction - 1" BSP x 3/8" BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two Whitworth parallel pipe threads (BSPP) of different sizes in a hydraulic line or component port. The reducer has a G 1 male thread on one side and a G 3/8 female thread on the other, allowing a BSPP port size to be reduced while keeping a BSPP interface.

Sealing is done with a profile sealing ring in NBR, and the part is zinc-nickel plated. Key selection parameters include the BSPP thread sizes (G 1 and G 3/8), maximum working pressure 400 bar, and the operating temperature range of -35 to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Reducing a BSPP port size on hydraulic components while retaining BSPP threads
  • Adapting between different BSPP thread sizes in hydraulic pipework and manifold connections
