Reduction - 1/4" BSP x 1/8" BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two Whitworth parallel pipe threads (BSPP), with a G 1/4 external thread and a G 1/8 internal thread. Used to reduce port or connection size in hydraulic lines and component ports while maintaining a sealed connection via a profile sealing ring.

The design uses an NBR sealing material and a zinc-nickel plated surface treatment. Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 630 bar and a temperature range from -35 to +100 °C. Key dimensions include 29 mm total length and 19 mm hex for tightening.

Typical Applications
  • Reducing BSPP port size on hydraulic components
  • Adapting BSPP fittings in hydraulic pipework and hose assemblies where a profile sealing ring is used
