Reduction - 3/8" BSP x 1/2" BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two Whitworth parallel pipe threads (BSPP) with different sizes in hydraulic pipework or component ports. One side has an external BSPP thread G 3/8 and the other side an internal BSPP thread G 1/2.

Sealing is made by a profile sealing ring in NBR. The body is zinc-nickel plated and is specified for a maximum pressure of 630 bar, with an operating temperature range from -35 to +100.

Typical Applications
  • Adapting BSPP ports and fittings when reducing or increasing thread size between G 3/8 and G 1/2
  • Hydraulic hose and pipe assemblies using BSPP threaded connections
