Reduction - 1.1/4" BSP x 1/2" BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two BSPP (Whitworth parallel) thread sizes in hydraulic and fluid power pipework. One end has a G 1.1/4 male thread and the other end a G 1/2 female thread, allowing a larger female port to be connected to a smaller BSP connection.

The WD sealing design uses an NBR profile sealing ring to seal at the interface. The reducer is zinc-nickel plated and specified for a maximum working pressure of 400 bar, with an operating temperature range from -35 °C to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Reducing an existing BSPP threaded port from G 1.1/4 to a G 1/2 connection in hydraulic lines and components
  • Service and retrofit work where BSP thread size adaptation is required with a profile-seal interface
