HydraSpecma has published its Annual Report for 2025, closing a year marked by strong activity, continued market share gains and solid execution across the Group.
Despite a complex and volatile global market environment, HydraSpecma delivered a strong fourth quarter and maintained high levels of activity across all three divisions. The performance reflects focused operational execution and continued progress on the Group’s strategic priorities under CaptureFuture26.
During the year, HydraSpecma continued to invest in its global footprint, automation, research and development, and supply chain resilience. At the same time, the organisation has managed several transformation initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and customer value.
The Group’s order book remains healthy, and customer engagement continues to be strong across key industry segments including Construction Equipment, Renewables, Commercial Vehicles, Marine and Defence.
