HydraSpecma is happy to announce that we have entered into agreement to acquire GSS Hydraulics B.V. GSS Hydraulics is a Dutch hydraulic company specialised in sale and distribution of fluid conveyance products for large OEMs and the aftermarket.

The acquisition will strengthen our UK-based subsidiary HydraSpecma Samwon, where we produce more than 15 million components annually.

Our group CEO, Morten Kjær, says:
“With the acquisition of GSS Hydraulics we strengthen our presence and capabilities in fluid conveyance distribution in the European market, especially within the Construction Equipment and Material Handling segments.
Following Brexit and the pandemic, we want to remain close to our customers to offer them the best possible service, know-how, and logistic solutions. With the acquisition of GSS Hydraulics in the Netherlands, we will accelerate our growth journey and become even more relevant to our European OEM customers.”

We already have operations in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, United Kingdom, Poland, China, India, Brazil and South Korea. With this acquisition we enter the Netherlands and continues our growth journey.

GSS hydraulics occupies 18 employees and expects a revenue in 2022 of about DKK 30 million.
