Silicone SAE J20R1 Class A: Cooling water. Temp: -50°C - +180°C

Areas of use: Cooling and Heating systems

Characteristics: Silicone colling hose, primarily used on cooling systems in motors in cars, busses and trucks. The hose is manufactured acc. to SAE J20 R1.

Burst pressure: 4 x working pressure.

Temperature range: -50°C to +180°C.

Construction: Mandrel-built green hose with reinforcemetns of Polyester. 6-51 mm ID. = 3 layers. 54-102 mm ID. = 4 layers. 103-152 mm ID. = 5 layers.

Material: Inside and outside blue or green synthetic silicone-rubber (VMQ), very weather- and Ozone-resistant. Also resistant to cooling detergents as glycol and som alcohols.

Hose clamps with holes are not to be used on silicone hoses.

Standard length: 1 mtr (Id 133 mm = 450mm) Available on request in lenghts up to 4 mtr. (Depending on hose dimension).
