Reduction - 1" BSP x 1/4" BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two different BSPP (Whitworth parallel) thread sizes in a hydraulic connection. The G 1 male thread connects to a matching female port, while the G 1/4 female thread accepts a corresponding male fitting or component.

Sealing is via a WD profile sealing ring in NBR, supporting a sealed connection at the interface. The steel body is zinc-nickel plated for surface protection. Suitable for operating pressures up to 400 bar and temperatures from -35 to +100.

Typical Applications
  • Hydraulic pipework and manifolds where a BSPP port must be adapted from G 1 to G 1/4
  • Service and retrofit work where thread-size reduction is required in a straight connection
