Reduction - 1/2" BSP x 1 BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two BSPP (Whitworth parallel) thread sizes in a hydraulic connection. The fitting has a G 1/2 male thread on one side and a G 1 female thread on the other, allowing a larger threaded port to be connected to a smaller threaded stud or line component.

Sealing is via a WD profile sealing ring in NBR, supporting a defined seal at the connection. The body is zinc-nickel plated steel and rated for a maximum working pressure of 400 bar, with an operating temperature range from -35_x000C_C to +100_x000C_C. Key selection parameters include the BSPP thread sizes, the WD sealing concept, and the main dimensions (overall length 49 mm, hex 41 mm).

Typical Applications
  • Reducing BSPP port size on hydraulic components such as valves, manifolds, or housings
  • Adapting BSPP threaded hydraulic lines and service connections where different thread sizes meet
