Banjo - ø12S x 3/8" BSP

Banjo elbow fitting for creating a compact 90° change of direction between a 12 mm tube connection in S series and a BSPP male threaded port. The banjo design supports routing of hydraulic lines where space is limited and a right-angle connection is required.

The BSPP thread is specified as G 3/8 and the port interface follows DIN 3852-2 Form X / ISO 1179-1 with an external metallic sealing ring for sealing at the port. Zinc-nickel plating is specified for surface treatment. Selection should be based on tube diameter/series, thread size, required angle, and the pressure and temperature limits of the hydraulic circuit.

Typical Applications
  • Hydraulic tube line connections where a 90° elbow is needed at a BSPP threaded port
  • Compact hydraulic installations using 12 mm tube in S series connections
