Reduction - 3/4"BSP x 1/2"BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two BSPP (Whitworth parallel) thread sizes in hydraulic and fluid power pipework. The male G 3/4 side screws into a matching female port, while the female G 1/2 side accepts a matching male fitting or component.

Sealing is via a profile sealing ring in NBR, providing a defined seal at the interface. Key selection points are the BSPP thread sizes, the maximum working pressure of 400 bar, and the installation dimensions such as 32 mm hex and 43 mm overall length. The steel body has a zinc-nickel plated surface treatment and is specified for an operating temperature range from -35 °C to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Reducing BSPP port size between hydraulic components and fittings
  • Hydraulic pipework and manifold connections where a profile-sealed threaded reducer is required
