Reduction - 1" BSP x 1.1/4" BSP female - WD seal
Thread reducer for adapting between two Whitworth parallel pipe threads (BSPP) in hydraulic ports and line connections. The combination of a G 1 male thread and a G 1.1/4 female thread allows a change of connection size without replacing the surrounding components.
Sealing is done with a WD profile sealing ring in NBR, supporting a sealed interface at the connection. The reducer is made of steel with a zinc-nickel plated surface treatment and is rated up to 400 bar. Overall length is 57 mm with a 55 mm hex for wrench engagement.
Typical Applications
- Adapting BSPP ports in hydraulic manifolds, valve blocks, and other components to a different BSPP connection size
- Hydraulic line installations where a G 1.1/4 female interface must be reduced to a G 1 male connection
