Elastomer insert for a pipe clamp assembly, designed to locate and cushion a pipe or tube with 48 mm outside diameter. The insert fits heavy series group 6S clamp bodies and is intended for use in DIN 3015 part 2 clamp systems.
The insert is black and has a hardness of 73 Shore A. With an insert width of 45 mm and an operating temperature range from -40 to +125 °C, it is selected primarily by matching the pipe outside diameter, clamp series group, and the applicable DIN size.
