Reduction - 1.1/2" BSP x 3/4" BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two Whitworth parallel pipe thread connections (BSPP) with different sizes. The adapter provides a G 1.1/2 male BSPP thread on one side and a G 3/4 female BSPP thread on the other side, enabling connection of components, ports, or pipework that do not share the same thread size.

The WD sealing principle uses a profile sealing ring in NBR to create the seal at the interface. The body has a zinc-nickel plated surface and is specified for a maximum working pressure of 315 bar, with a temperature range from -35 to +100 °C. Key dimensions for fit and wrench access include total length 36 mm and hex size 55 mm.

Typical Applications
  • Hydraulic and fluid power assemblies requiring adaptation between BSPP port sizes
  • Service and retrofit work where an existing BSPP port thread size differs from the connected component
