Weld plate - DIN 4 Heavy - Phosphated
Weld plate for mounting a single pipe clamp on a welded base. The plate provides a fixed threaded connection point for the clamp fastener and a welding surface for integrating the clamp location into steel structures and frames.
Designed for Heavy series pipe clamp assemblies according to DIN 3015 Part 2, DIN size 4. The plate is supplied with a metric threaded connection and a phosphated black surface treatment.
Typical Applications
- Welded mounting points for pipe, tube and hose clamps in hydraulic and industrial piping installations
- Fabrication of brackets and frames where clamp positions need a welded-in threaded fixing point
