Reduction - 1/2" BSP x 1/8" BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two Whitworth parallel pipe threads (BSPP) with different sizes. The fitting has a G 1/2 male thread on one side and a G 1/8 female thread on the other, allowing connection of hydraulic components or ports where the thread sizes do not match.

Sealing is made via a profile sealing ring with NBR sealing material. The reducer is made of steel with zinc-nickel plated surface treatment. For space and wrench selection, the hex size is 27 mm and the overall length is 24 mm. The maximum rated pressure is 630 bar, with a temperature range from -35 °C to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Hydraulic lines and assemblies where a BSPP port must be adapted to a different BSPP size
  • Service and retrofit work on hydraulic components using BSPP connections
