Safe-Spirals, standard plastic hose protectors, protect hydraulic and pneumatic hoses from abrasion, shocks and general wearing,
and prolong the life of your hoses this way. 

These hose guards are easy to install either before or after hose assembly and offer an economical and high-quality choice for hose protection.
Safe-Spirals are manufactured by extrusion of the raw material HDPE. Thanks to this production method our spirals have
extremely durable construction and naturally round edges which do not cause damage to hoses.

  • are resistant to acids, oils and solvents
  • are flexible
  • are UV-protected
  • include antistatic additive to reject dust and dirt
  • have operative at temperature range from -50°C up to +80°C (continuous) / 100°C (short time)
  • are recyclable
