Reduction - 1/2" BSP x 3/4" BSP female - WD seal

Threaded reducer for adapting between two BSPP (Whitworth parallel) thread sizes in hydraulic and fluid power assemblies. The fitting provides a G 1/2 male connection on one side and a G 3/4 female connection on the other, with a WD profile sealing ring for sealing at the interface.

Designed for applications where a component port and a mating connection have different BSPP thread sizes and a compact reducer is needed. The body has a 36 mm hex for wrenching and a total length of 46 mm. Zinc-nickel plated surface treatment and NBR sealing material are specified. Rated up to 400 bar, with an operating temperature range of -35 to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Reducing or adapting BSPP threaded ports and lines in hydraulic manifolds, valve blocks, and piping assemblies
  • Repairs and retrofits where an existing G 3/4 female port must be connected to a G 1/2 male threaded component
