Reduction - 3/4"BSP x 1/4"BSP female - WD seal

Thread reducer for adapting between two BSPP (G) thread sizes in a hydraulic line or component port. One end has a G 3/4 male thread and the other end has a G 1/4 female thread, allowing a larger connection to be stepped down to a smaller size.

The WD sealing design uses an NBR profile sealing ring to provide the seal at the connection. The fitting has a zinc-nickel plated surface treatment and is specified for a maximum working pressure of 400 bar within a temperature range of -35 to +100 °C.

Typical Applications
  • Reducing a BSPP threaded port size on hydraulic manifolds, valves, cylinders, or pumps
  • Adapting hydraulic pipework where a G 3/4 connection must interface to a G 1/4 component or measuring point
