REGGIANA RIDUTTORI
...has been producing planetary gears and wheel gears for more than 50 years
Reggiana Riduttori is passionated and dedicated to producing planetary gears and wheel gears made in Italy.
Their mission is to maintain their high quality while integrating the latest production methods.
REGGIANA RIDUTTORI SPECIALISES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Agriculture – Forestry – Material Handling – Mining – Construction Equipment – Marine – Offshore
PLANETARY GEARS
»PLUS-SERIES« LINEAR AND ANGULAR REDUCTION GEARS
This series of both linear and angular reduction gears is the backbone of Reggiana Riduttori's product range.
The range includes a wide range of gear ratios and output torques, and they are available with a wide variety of output supports and shafts.
Thanks to numerous combination options, the gears can be configurated for most applications.
You can find more information about planetary gearboxes here:
WHEEL GEARS
STRONG AND COMPACT
Reggiana Riduttori's wheel gears are available in 18 different sizes that guarantee compaction, high load strength, axial and radial load capacity, as well as a wide range of gear ratios, designed for hydraulic and electric drives.
The wheel gears are made of alloy steel to ensure maximum performance combined with high resistance to collision and to radial and axial loads.
RRTD SERIES
The RRTD Series covers from 100 to 5000 daNm.
They are ideal in applications on tracked vehicles such as excavators, drilling machines, etc. that require reliable hydraulic disc parking brakes of the negative type.
RRWD SERIES
The RRWD Series covers from 200 to 1700 daNm.
They are ideal for heavy, self-propelled vehicles such as forklifts and aircraft towing vehicles, where negative hydraulic disc brakes or manual safety disengagement is required.
You can find more information about wheel gears here:
E-DRIVES
The E-DRIVES SERIES is Reggiana Riduttori's offering for those who are looking for low emissions in high-efficiency products.
Reggiana Riduttori offers a full range of gearboxes with electric motor input and output.
To ensure the highest standards in mechanical engineering, quality, and production, all products are manufactured at Reggiana Riduttori's headquarters in Italy. These gears are designed to withstand intense use.
Compact dimensions, high resistance to torque peaks and low noise levels are just some of the many advantages you get with these products. All products can be equipped with custom-made accessories to ensure a perfect and simple installation on your system.

PARKING BRAKES
THAT EXTRA SAFETY
The braking distance of the negative lamellar brakes is important when an emergency brake becomes necessary for safety at work.
Available in a modular design for mounting on reduction gears or on a direct configuration on orbital motors or, on request, a version with a back stop device is also available.
Reggiana Riduttori is certified with DNV Type Approval of the brakes:
WINCH GEARS
W SERIES
The winch gears are extremely compact and flexible, and are designed to withstand tough working conditions.
The winch gears are easy to maintain – even when assembled in the drum – as all interfaces are placed on the side of the motor. The gearbox can be customized to ensure a perfect and simple mounting on your system.
