Anyone working in the hydraulic industry knows the importance of maintaining a clean hydraulic system. Particles, dirt, and water in the system can easily cause significant issues, leading to system failures and, in the worst case, damaging individual components or the entire machine.

Therefore, ensuring the cleanliness of the hydraulic system is essential.

To keep hydraulic oil clean, it is crucial to clean all new hoses before installation. If impurities are left in the hose after it has been cut and assembled, the particles will circulate throughout the system during operation.

CLEANING WITH PROJECTILES –

JET CLEAN

The Jet Clean system operates on the simple principle that a dry projectile is compressed with approximately 8 bar of air pressure through a hydraulic pipe or hose, carrying dirt along with it. Depending on the air capacity, hoses or pipes up to 100 meters in length can be cleaned.

The system is both simple and effective, providing proven cleaning performance that meets ISO 4406 and ISO 4407 purity standards.

JET CLEAN EQUIPMENT

FLUSHING WITH OIL

We provide efficient flushing of hydraulic hoses and pipes using specialised oil flushing equipment.

Our machine handles hose sizes from ¹⁄₄" to 1¹⁄₄", delivering cleanliness levels down to ISO 15/13/10 – equivalent to NAS Code 4.

FLUSHING WITH WATER

We offer water flushing with anti-corrosion treatment for hydraulic hoses and pipes.

With five dedicated machines, we flush hose sizes from ¹⁄₄" to 2¹⁄₂", achieving cleanliness down to ISO 16/14/11 – equivalent to NAS Code 5.
