WIND POWER

QUALITY IN FOCUS

As an active APQP4Wind member, HydraSpecma is committed to meeting the quality expectations of the global wind industry.

By combining APQP4Wind methodologies with decades of experience from the off-highway and automotive sectors, we deliver reliable thermal management, lubrication, and hydraulic solutions for wind turbines.

From project development to final inspection before delivery, quality is embedded in every step of our process. Through advanced in-house testing and close collaboration with customers and R&D teams, we validate products against demanding requirements to ensure reliable delivery, consistent quality, low variance, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

The lubrication system is very important to keep your wind turbine gearbox operating well.

As a complete system supplier, HydraSpecma designs, develops, manufactures and delivers complete cooling, filtering and lubrication systems for gearboxes in wind turbines.

The harsh weather conditions that a wind turbine typically meets can be extremely rough on the turbine and the components, including the gearbox. The factors that can affect the main gearbox are variations in wind speed and direction, temperature, vibration and ingress of moisture.

To reduce the risk of damage and operating losses, the condition of gearbox oil is a critical factor. The gearbox oil helps to reduce friction, remove heat and keep the gearbox clean as well as protecting the metal surfaces from corrosion.

We engineer each lubrication system to meet the demanding requirements of wind turbine gearboxes and validate critical performance parameters through rigorous testing, ensuring reliable operation, optimal component protection, and long-term performance.

HOSES, PIPES & CONNECTORS

In combination with our own manufacturing facilities, dedicated partners and suppliers, HydraSpecma offers one of the widest ranges of hoses, fittings and pipes for the wind industry.

We can supply a complete range which consists of hydraulic and industrial hoses, fittings according to all common standards, hydraulic pipes, water cooling pipes and corrugated hoses.

Hoses and pipes are cleaned with our in-house flushing process, which enables HydraSpecma to classify the internal cleanliness to international standards such as ISO 4406 or SAE 4059.

All equipment is suitable for eventual kitting and delivery in sets, to customer needs and requirements.

We are one of the global market leaders, connecting it all together.
