TECHNICAL ENGINEERING

At HydraSpecma's engineering department, our technical engineers design hydraulic systems using the latest 3D technology and advanced CAD/CAM systems with GPS measurements, all according to customer specifications.

This approach ensures a high degree of quality, as subsequent quality measurements on the systems can be carried out with high accuracy. The visualisation of the systems prior to production also ensures that the system's requirements and specifications align with the customer's expectations.

MANIFOLD PRODUCTION

At HydraSpecma, we have our own in-house production of both standard and customised hydraulic manifolds.

In 1998, we introduced the first industrial robot in our production, and since then, we have steadily increased our output. Today, we have fully automated production of hydraulic blocks, delivering more than 65,000 blocks per year.

Furthermore, we have our own cleaning system that ensures your manifold meets the strict requirements of the industry. We thoroughly clean the manifolds and remove all shavings, ensuring they are ready for assembly.

HIGH DURABILITY

To ensure long life and durability, all our units undergo surface treatment by leading anodizing experts.

Our machining lines ensure that all our hydraulic blocks are assembled according to customer requirements, with detailed 3D measurements to ensure that tolerances are met down to the smallest detail.

A Hydraulic Integrated Circuit (HIC) - also known simply as HIC – is a compact hydraulic manifold that integrates multiple components into a single block.
