RETURNS

At HydraSpecma, you are of course welcome to return your goods if you have changed your mind about your purchase. HydraSpecma operates with a set of general return terms and conditions, designed to ensure we can handle returned goods efficiently and professionally.

Return Terms

1. Return Deadline
   The right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days from the invoice date. The returned goods must reach us no later than 30 days after you have received a Return Document from us.

2. Condition of Returned Goods
   The item must have been purchased from HydraSpecma and be unused, complete, and in a resalable condition as if new. Packaging must be original and undamaged (free from dirt, grease, oil, etc.). Specially sourced items (non-stock products) and custom-manufactured goods are non-returnable. Cut hoses and tubes, as well as discontinued items, are also not eligible for return.

3. Contact
   Returned goods are only accepted following prior registration via a Return Report (this can only be completed by logging into the webshop). Once your Return Report is submitted, you will receive a Return Document by email containing your RMA number.

4. Shipping
   The package must always be clearly marked with the RMA number and labelled “Returned Goods”, and the Return Document must be enclosed. Returned items must be labelled with item numbers and sorted (same items grouped together). The buyer covers the cost of return shipping. To ensure proper handling, returns must only be handed over to our sales representatives during customer visits if an RMA number has been issued. Items returned without an RMA number will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.

5. Processing Time
   Returned goods will be processed within 8 days of receipt. A credit note will be issued within 14 days.

Return Conditoins

1. Rejection of Returns
   We reserve the right to reject return orders that do not comply with our return terms.

2. Charges
   A restocking fee of 10% of the invoiced price will be applied. For items containing electronic components, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied

Return Address

Please send your returned goods to the dispatch address stated on your invoice (see the “shipped from” field) – either Skjern or Ishøj.

The package must be labelled with “Returned Goods” and the RMA number.
